xperia sp freeze an lag after 4.3 upadet, mobile ram using nearly 700mb (total 840mb) every time only system aaps using this ram..

mhl - 112mb
audio effect service - 112mb
eco mode controller -112mb
overheat control - 112mb
those are major share in my ram usege ... in those sevice which one is imp and how to stop remaing servicecs ?
please help me..
i want to know how to stop these serviceses and how to downgrade my xperia sp with warranty
