How to Downgrade Sony Xperia SP ?

I've updated my sony SP no the newest version of Android and it really sux !!!! It crashes all time. How to downgrade it ?

If i downgrade to latest 4.1.2 android, will everything be normal and fast again?

If you didn't experienced problems with the 4.1.2 android version, I suggest you return to it

I suggest you guys first try basic steps(factory reset and software repair)

Then think about downgrade..also a new update is on the way

Well, i downgraded my phone using flashtool to jelly 4.1 and upgraded again to 4.3 jelly bean over the air rather than with the pc and after a week of usage my phone is works like a charm.
