How to disable safe mode in Xperia Arc S

Suddenly my arc S is booting in safe mode, I have tried all means to get rid of it but its still unwilling to go!

I have tried the folllowing unsuccessfully

1. swithing it off and on (incl taking out the battery), 

2. while starting pressing the menu button just after the fist vibration till it completely boots but no luck again.

3.holding the vloume up key

Nothing worked, this has never happened in the past 2 years.

let me know what should I do.

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

You should get out of safe mode if you just restart your device. Since this doesn't help, check if the menu button is stuck in 'pressed' mode.
