How to disable Proximity Sensor

Hello all, I'm using a weatherproof / shockproof bike mount that covers the proximity sesnor in my Arc S.

When I'm receiving call, the screen becomes Black and there is no way to turn it on in order to use the speaker.

Is there a way to disable the proximity sensor so the screen allows me to turn the speaker on when I'm getting calls ?

Unfortunately this is not possible as default. There might be an application for it available on Google play store but I'm not sure.
