How to disable messages about better battery usage?

I'm not sure if it possible. It was some time ago since it appeared in my phone but there may be a tick box for "don't show this again" but I'm not certain.

If not I think the only way may be to disable the application from which the notification comes from. When you get this notification long press it and check if you get a pop-up that leads you to the app and check if you can disable it.

BTW, do you have Stamina mode enabled?

I expected more from the battery, and when rooted the phone, and use stamina,,,, all this is nothing, the battery goes In less than a day, every night on the charger;)
It would be stupid to a new phone, you do not paint pictures, looking at mail, Facebook sms ..,
I can wear it just as a decoration that my battery lasted 3 days

Nope, Stamina is disabled.
