why do you have to disable it? internet call using viber, whats app, skype or any app using internet calls i think its not a problem,if you want to disable that maybe its better for you to not install third party apps that ive mentioned..

do not use 3rd party apps,they sometimes interfere with phone functions,no need for whatsapp or viber.

i have made research and friend just told me that its this problem.if you check just ONLY TO ISP ADR ADR

I do not use this program,but i think checking always ask could be ok also.

depends on the user i guess, im a 24/7 viber, skype, whats app, and many other apps but no pronlems at all..maybe its a simple thing that some people are unfortunate to have defective products that causes problem to the phones prerformance.

i saw that my setup was USE ISP with network access. after changing to ONLY TO SIP address( meaning use only phone book - numbers) now its everything ok
