How to disable hyperlinks in messaging app

Hi

I have a problem with my messaging app. It underlines every text with a period (".") in between, and makes a hyperlink out of it.
For example "Hi.Tomorrow is...".

"Hi.Tomorrow" becomes a hyperlink and is underlined. If I click it, a web browser opens to and navigates to "Hi.Tomorrow" website, which is very annoying
The same happens if I send an email.
How to disable it? I'm running 5.1.1

Because the app is recognising the incorrect punctuations as a hyperlink.
If you had written:
"Hi, tomorrow is better for me. Suggest the time and place. Matt" the messaging app would not treat the text as a hyperlink.

It would not treat it as a hyperlink if there was space after a period-you are correct.

However, it does solve my issue-sometimes space is not inserted and hyperlink is created.

Also, hyperlinks show up in text messages I am receiving from others.

Is it a normal behaviour in Z5? How to disable it?

Try to enable quick period option in the keyboard settings. If that doesn't satisfy you. You can download 3Rd party messaging apps at Google play
