How to delete unwanted data (temp and cache folder)

Hi

i am getting memory problem so i wanted to delete the temp and cache data from my phone to make some space

As in sony phone we don't use any external cleare (cause probelm) so how to remvoe this unwanted memory which is occuypying unnesessary space

Open Settings then Storage look for Cached data and select then tap on Clear alternatively you can use an app like 1Tapcleaner to perform this function

I did not find any cahced data name in storage???
