How to decrypt the storage?

Hi,i left my Xperia Z at a friends and shem said  she would return it yesterday.She never did so i went around and got it back..Now my decryption password is different,i used 6  numbers but they do not work any more..Can any1 help,i dont care if the phone goes back to factory settings and i lose anything.

Repair your phone with PCC, know that everything will be deleted.

in what part of pc companion can i find reset?.i dont understand why my old decryption password wont work. g

Perhaps your friend did something to your phone, hard to tell, but just click on re-install the latest update.

Performing a system repair using PC Companion will factory reset your phone and erase all data

Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the on screen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP
