how to clear useless folder after uninstall apps???

i just saw my phone got many useless and don't know what is that folder or file and can i delete it or not.i don't knw but it use a lot of my memory space can anyone help me??

if you delete an app you could delete it's folder

Can you clarify what the name of the folder is? also can you please try describe the first section more clearly as I do not quite understand.
