i have just recently purchase a sony xperia z2 and a sony 7000mah power bank.

so my questions is how to check if the mentioned devices are genuine? e.g. by serial code, by certain features? (there are some products that provide a site where you enter your product serial and they will check for genuine)

If your phone works correctly, develops no faults and the screen doesn't spontaneously crack then I'm afraid your phone is not a genuine Sony.

Yes it is probably a good idea if you do not insert your IMEI number on official Sony mobile websites that have been designed to use your IMEI number to give you information about your phone.
