How long will it take to get back repaired phone

How long will it take to get back the phone after repairing?

I just bought X-peria U and after 2days, I realised others can not hear my voice.

It's already been over 1 week after sending to repair.

I would like to know how long it takes to get it back.

I had the same problem, the solution is to do a settings reset and then remove the live wallpaper and use a static one. Done.

A service normally takes up to 10 working days, so somewhere around 2 weeks is normal.

Sometimes it doesn't take more than a few days and sometimes it can take a few more days than expected due to missing spare parts etc.

Contact the regional support if you want more accurate information. They should hopefully have more info that I have.

i sent my phone in september 6th they recieved it on the 8th. it wasnt repairableand fell under warranty. on the 25th they offered to replace the phone. it is now the 3rd of october still no phone and no answer to when i will get it. a tracking number would be nice. please send my phone today. it has almost been a month in your posession.
