How is the display of xperia z1?

How are the viewing angles of Z1 and screen quality? Is it worth buying?

I am planning to buy it but peoples are commenting that its screen and sound is not good.Is this true and how is the performance of this phone?

this phone is good for me as I am using it since july 2013 except battery drain.for one week battery was excellent.now it consumes 10% battery overnight even with mobile data switched off.but in airplane mode consumes only 2,3%overnight.in the first week of my perchase even without airplane mode it was consuming only 2% overnight.but now why this change I don't know

It has the triluminos display,a new technology on the market.If you can,go to the nearest sony center or phone shop and take a look.I do not own it,but I have used it in a store.It was amazing.

It seems that you are thinking on getting the Z or Z1? just wait for the 2014 Xperias

Z1 screen is very good, viewing angles are not so bad as trolls complain, moreover, everyone normally look at the screen just in front of it, not from the highest angle you can.

Is there any difference between this screen and s4? 
In reality s4 has deeper black, but white colour is blue or yellow and all amoled screens tend to went into green/blue in time and it is a commonly known issue of this technology.

I was awesomed by the Z1 screen, it is far better than previous Z.

Z1 is very good phone, sound is loud, no worry.
If you want in now, buy Z1, if you're not in a hurry you can wait until march for another flagship Z2.

the display is better than the s4 in colours...they are very special and i like it much more than the s4's...but....the s4 has a black black(if you really care) and a higher contrast(they say it is infinite, but i tend to disagree with this), but the thing with s4 display is that it consumes a lot less batery because of the black that is not consuming battery. i really love the phone...till now. if you need a phone you should go get a z1, if you don't...you could wait until the next one(it might be better, it might be worst). cheers

Indeed I can't comprehend some people complaining about viewing angles, I don't see the point on using a phone on such extreme angles; as for the Soap 4 (the S4 does look like a bar of soap), has terrible colors, to each its own but the Z or Z1 are great phones. with that said, the Z has issues with the glue and the Z1 doesn't seem to have those issues at least not that I'm aware of, I think the Z should've had the Z1's 3.5mm jack, so you don't have to worry about that cover

Considering that the entire phone easily gets bent, that Sony has a record of not honoring warranty for manufacturing faults (go search in google for xperia z screen cracks on its own), I can only advise you to avoid Z and Z1 phones and Sony in general. Without trolling, as a bitter and never again customer of Sony, I can tell you that the company is fraudulent, employs

disgusting maneuvers to avoid fulfilling its duties.

Go read what kind of company it is. Once you buy a product, you're history as far as they are concerned. 

For any of the many factory defects, they will try to charge you an arm and a leg. 

The phone looks nice but the experience you are likely to have down the road just isn't a pleasant one.

Check even this forum in more detail. The phone isn't durable and many of its features, like

water resistance, often fail, screens crack due to internal battery pressure, pressing outwards,

etc. 

How many manufacturers do you know which have petitions online by its flagship phone buyers, demanding

that the manufacturer fixes proven issues, and are ignored completely? It is a dishonorable company.
