How do we get native video calling in xperia m

Hi, recently I tried to video call my friend, but I couldn't see a video call option. Also my friend couldn't call me too. But I did have a 3G connection and front camera too(obviously). So does anyone know how to get it.

native vid calling is not available.. have to try third party apps like skype for example

You need either data or a wifi connection
