How do I enter the unlock code?

[#1]

Hi,

As the title says - 'How do I enter the unlock code' on my CK13i?

I have been issued with the code from my network provider, but cannot seem to enter it into the phone.

Any help would be gratefully received.

Thanks all,

Cake.

Hi,

As far as I know, the unlock code is based on the IMEI number and is specific for the phone.

Ring Virgin and they will generate one for you, costs about £12 I think.

All the best.
