I was purposely using the old version of youtube application, because I was able to watch live gaming streams from the left panel on it. And I can't watch them from the moment I updated my phone to android 6. I allowed unknown sources and tried to install the old version apk. but it does not allow me to do so😣. Is there any way to do this? & Do I have to root my phone?
Rooting your phone will require that you unlock the bootloader, you shouldn't, and this is not a Sony but rather Google restriction, you might want to post on their YouTube forum/feedback
