How can I hard reset Xperia T if I use hardware keys?

Hi,
I'd like to know how can I hard reset the phone if I use hardware keys:
I Googled sources, but they say Vol UP +Power, then another say Vol DOwn + power, and another say both Vol UP + Down,
Which one is right? please? I dont want to risk my phone ...

Power button+vol up at the same time until the phone vibrates:

-one time(forced restart)

-3 times(forced shutdown).
