how can I downgrade to Gingerbread?

How can I downgrade from ICS back to GB? I didn't experienced any problems with GB on Xperia P

I think you can't downgrade it. Maybe you can, if you can find files for GB for xperia P. and manually flash it.

I bought it with GB installed. I don;t want to root it as it's new, bought 2 month ago. I don't want to loose warranty.

I thought maybe to have a factory reset, do you believe it will go back to gingerbread?

Officially you cant downgrade to GB, even if you factory reset the phone it will reset only settings and all the other data, but not the OS. Even after factory reset you will get ICS only. Not worthy to do it.
