How can i change the saved name of a photo

The phone is saving the photos I take with a specific "DSC_00xxx.jpg " name Is there a way to change the name in something like Photo_(date).jpg when the photo is taken automaticaly?

Unfortunately not, this is tied to the system itself. You can edit the name with a file manager after it is taken but you can not have the system change this at the time of being taken.
