Horizontal lines

Hi help new here and trying to find out if anyone has had a problem with there z ultra like mine! It has begun showing coloured horizontal lines on boot up and when on but not been used fir a while, sometimes clears in a second but sometimes I am holding my breath as goes on breaking up fir about 10 seconds
Any advice please

boot on safe mode if you encounter the same issue then repair with PCC if that doesn't work then contact your Local support

Hi , because I bought used was not sure if covered so emailed Sony who said it was 🙂 they collected Tuesday and emailed me yesterday to say it's on its way back !!! Yipeeee what great service (thank you for reply )
