home wifi problem

hi, my bro just got his xperia L.. first experience with touch screen, android, etc.. good good

anyways i set it up, it's in contract, operator signal's there, wifi is too, but only on the phone. what does it mean??, it's weird actually, according to the phone it's connected to the home wifi, it has an ip address from the router's dhcp, but the thing is the router does not seem to acxknowlede its existance!

i go to router->attached devices

.111 ->  blackberry1

.113 -> laptop

.114 -> desktp

the phone thinks it's .112, but the router doesnt Slightly_frowning_Face

theres a google chrome error 105

tried updating the firmware, restarting the phone, router

non works
