High pitch sound when ringing

Frend has the phone for a month and couple of weeks, for the past  3 weeks It makes this high pitch unberable sound when it rings, not every time when it rings and when it makes that sond it first rings regulary with the ringtone(one of the default ringtones) and after couple of seconds the ringing its interapted with this short cracking sounds and paralel with that it plays the continious high pich sound.

Couldnt find anythig similar on the internet please help.

i too have this problem..

The high pitched sound does not happen evrytime the phone rings ( happens occassionally )

When i took it to the service centre, it did not emit such sound ( trolling ? )..they however, took the phone, performed a factory reset & gave it to me after 2 days..( still unresolved )

is this a hardware issue or a firmware issue ??
