Hi!, There is a problem with the Xperia P. (sorry for my english, greetings from Spain)
When you dial someone with #31# for hidden calling, later, if you make redial, the #31# disappears!!! it is not in the numbers list, and your number is open!!!
It is the same that I have a contact in agenda with #31# before his number.
If i dial from agenda, this is ok and calls hidden, BUT if i redial later from redial button, it calls open.
Please, correct this simple issue in the next software update. Thank you very much.
I'd noticed that, here in the USA you have to use *67 to block your number, try to save that number to your phonebook w/ the #31# then the number.
how is spain?
Yes, I already have a contact saved with #31#number, and when I call from agenda, it works with hidden dialing. But in the redial list, the number appears without de #31#. So if I really want to redial this contact again, I must go again to the agenda and select him for this.
The problem is that the phone doesn't save the #31# in the redial list.
- Spain is different -
does your network allow you to dial with blocked numbers? also you can disable this all together
settings > call settings > call blocking >
I was in spain few months ago, love Madrid
yes, the network allow this.
...when I call from contacts list, it works with hidden dialing.
The problem is simple as I said:
The phone doesn't save the #31# in the redial list, so it redials with open number.
This doesn't happen with my nokia mobiles, they save the #31# in the redial list.
I'm sure that this is a trivial issue for the programmers of Sony.
do you have ICS or GB?
GB 6.0.B.1.576
