hi i am writing from sudan i bought sony xperia z l at dubai international airport on 01st oct and it unfortunately dropped on the floor and display was gone.due to the the crack display i am unable to use the phone.it was covered by the insurence or warrenty .and i want to that if there is any service centre of soney mobile at khartum or at elfasher.does it cover by warrenty i want to know about the warrenty policy

Unless you took out a warranty to cover you for a broken screen then your normal warranty will not cover this as this will be deemed as improper use which will void any warranty - The only thing you can do is ask Sony for a reapir which you will unless covered by insurance or special warranty have to be paid for.
