hi se plese provide pc suite for w100i spiro
Hey @C.bala_99, I just saw your post and I wanted to let you know that the SE Spiro is not compatible with the PC Suite because it uses a different operating system. You need to download the Media Go application in order for you to transfer Media files with your phone.
Here is the link for you to download the Media Go: http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/products/mediago/default_ENU.asp?page=download
hi,
Can u assist me how to taks a backup of contacts from w100i. I need the contacts to be stored in my laptop.
Is there any application from which i can take a backup of my contacts.

"Hi,
If you have a microSD memory card (MC), then go to:
Menu --> Contacts --> Options --> More --> Advanced --> Back up to memory card
After that you can copy the vCard file "PB_Backup.vcf" from the MC to your PC.
On the MC, the file is located in "\system\PIM" folder.
Cheers."
I too had the same problem, i think this may solve it, and i havent tried it yet i think we need to have a USB cable and connect it to the comp as mass storage and get it.
Hi, can you (or somebody!) help me please?! I know this is an old post, but my W100i screen just died, and I have never backed up my contacts to the microSD card. Can you send me instructions so I can complete the procedure described here "blind", as the phone still works, I just can't see anything! Thank you soooo much in advance!

Hello.
I had the same problem and read your question. instead of waiting for an answer, I looked it up on google and saw that it was a possible broken flex. Found the flex on e-bay:
but I bought it from a little shop in Greece (cost was 6 euro instead of 3, but I didn't want to wait.
I replaced it the same way as this guy I found on youtube:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KyOlxZtRuRM
Took me 10 minutes.
Now, about the backup on SD card, on a blind method:
Press:
Menu button.
1 down
Menu button
1 up
Menu button
1 up
Menu button
4 down
Menu button
Now wait.
It took 30 seconds to backup 200 contacts. Wait 1 minute to be sure, since it doesn't make any sound when finished.
Now you have your contacts stored on SD card. I don't know how to copy them on another phone yet, but I will find out soon.
But it's a pitty to throw away a working phone, for just 5$ and 10' work.
I hope you read this, it took me more time to describe the method than to fix my phone
