Hi res music problem.

hello.

I've recently purchased the z3+ with hi res audio bundle. However, I can't seem to download the hi res albums included in the offer. When I try to download them in the xperia lounge app it says 'connection error. Unable to connect to download server. Please check your Internet connection', despite me having both a WiFi and 4g signal. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the latest update to the lounge app, and have tried reseting the phone and clearing the cache, but no luck. Any ideas?

Same problem here, I got as far as logging in and t&c's and get the same message.
My lad got a Z3 compact last month and has same problem
Has anyone ever got these downloads? .

Yeah they say it takes between 24 and 72 hours from registration to get the download, but still waiting

Hi,

I succesfully redeemed the Hi Res audio bundle when I received my Z3+.  I have downloaded the Daft Punk album along with a few of the other tracks.  I'm yet to activate the Tidal membership though.

I can get as far as accepting T&C then it say it can't connect to network.
Sony tell me to download to pc, but how can I when they are in the lounge app?

Not sure whether I've sorted it or Sony has fixed it.
Unintelligible the latest update, create uour account, then update, now It works. Very large files though 60-80mb so may need to use sd card for all 6 albums if you want them.all.
