When i say it won't turn on i mean, it does but the screen is blank excpet for a white rectangle box at the top that slowly fades and the screen goes to sleep again. My phone is on loud so i am recieving messages and it beeps and makes the appropriate sound for messages along with the light, it flashes for whatever message i have recieved yet i cannot get the screen to work. What do i do? I would be really grateful if somebody could help.
