help

hi

Some time ago I updated my Sony XPeria TX(android 4.2 to 4.3). When I restarted it, I
encountered the problem in the attached video. I showed my phone to some experts but they
are unable to solve the problem and repair the phone. In their view I should wait for a higher
android version(4.4) which enables them to flash the phone. I would be indebted to you if you
can provide me with requisite pieces of advice. Any help would be highly appreciated.

I think that is a problem of touchscreen calibration.Download xperia diagnostics from google play and test it.

That problem you meantioned is due to cross-flashing. Using  ROM not meant for TX specifically.

Apparently, there is a fix on XDA. Here's the link > http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2604927

Or you can always flash back to any one of the stock firmwares > http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2648320. Just make sure you use TX firmware. :smileysmileythumbsup:
