help!

I have the Xperia z1s and one day on saturday the 12 it froze and i couldnt get my phone to power off or on anymore. im very upset. luckily for me i have the insurance cover by tmobile. but i have precious memories of my son on this phone i want to get off before i return the broken phone to tmobile. the phone wont even register to the computer. is there any way i can possibly take it to someone who can get the memory off?? its very important to me to have those pictures and videos of my son.

Well, if the computer doesn't register the phone and the photos are not stored on the memory card it might be difficult to get them out. Have you tried leaving the phone with the charger connected for ~1h to see if it wakes up?
