That's odd, press and hold power & volume up for 5 seconds and try again

Xperia E does have that problem. Once you turn on talk back, it is a little difficult to turn it off. If you don't care about the phone's settings and you have time to set them again, you may reset the phone to its factory settings. But if you don't want to reset your phone, then you will need some perseverence to turn the talk back feature off.

I had that too, i just cant get on my device! Try power 2 seconds, and press off, and set battery and sim-card in the device again, wait a minuteor five, and start the device again, if that does not have any effect, try restart your device, But dont forget making a backup of your important files& apps!
Hope it work!

Ok I replicated this on my Xperia M and it seems like you can't scroll down when you have the Explore by Touch setting enabled in TalkBack settings.

To switch it off.

Unlock your phone by dragging the slider with 2 fingers

Double press the menu key

Swipe your 2 fingers left/right to get to settings

Double tap on Settings

Scroll 2 fingers down to go to Accessibility and double tap it

Double tap TalkBack

Double tap the switch

Hope this helps.

Yeah it isn't a problem with xperia E, it  is rather the way the talk back feature works. I didn't know that before. There is a tutorial available in the phone itself at Settings-->Accessibility-->TalkBack-->Settings-->Launch "Explore by touch" tutorial.

With talkback feature on, you have to use two fingers to scroll down or up a page, and use double tap to select an object.
