Help With Xperia J

i have sony xperia J and I update my phone to new version from into the phone.

The update is not completed and failed middle.

The update is not completed and failed in the middle, the phone turned off and turned on, appeared next image:

Android does not work and stuck in this situation

what can I do?

It will reinstall latest firmware.

The software is not compatible to XPERIA J

It is a sony official update engine,it is compatible.Why would you say it is not?

Because there is not a choice in list XPERIA J

You have to run compatibility mode with windows 7.

I have windows  8

and how i run compatibility mode?

You should be able to:right click-properties-compatibility tab-run in compatibility mode with windows 7.
