Dearest Sirs,
I've just purchased the great smartphone xperia Sola but now I've a great problem with it and really hope you are able to help me and fix the unexpected item. Well, I was updating the software of the phone with Pc Companion when, at a certain point and suddenly, my PC crashed and turned off. Once turned on it again, unfortunately the updating operation has not continued any more, as supposed in such a case. Now I've my phone which displays a triangle with an exclamation mark within and guess what it wants to say: system crashed and no starting software. I try and try to connect it to PC Companion again, but the phone is never and never pointed out.
I do not what to do. Only a few minutes ago I had a wonderful phone (I am a real SONY fan and continue to be so) and now I've a phone which does not work any more. But I'm sure it can be fixed and would like somebody to help me and solve the question for a real unexpected error.
Please, will you get me the possibility to retrieve the system and tell me the way to? It' s an urgent case.
