when i switch phone on, the phone show blank white screen

how to solve this?

any firmware file?? setool can flash this phone? i don't have any money to repair this phone at service centre.

i want offline flasher.. hope you all can help me!!

We do not have any offline program for repairing/reinstalling the firmware.

But I suggest that you try Update Service when you have an Internet connection.
