i tried updating my rooted phone via sony update center it wont work??it keep saying i modified somethin which i dont know what..im using stock kernel uk..please help

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

If you have rooted the phone, the software is modified.

If you have just rooted it (not unlocked the boot loader) you can reinstall the phone software using SUS to restore it.

Note that you'll loose the root access but you'll be able to use the Update Center application.
