HELP top screen not working

i bought sp hardly 2 weeks ago 

my top screen is not working

i tried fixing it up by using pc companion but no results tried using  diagnostics centre only upper part is having problem 

there is no xperia care cenre in pakistan and i bought it new but there was no warranty card as sony doesn't have any centre so no warrnaty claim

what do do my phone is on 4.1.2 andriod version

I'm sorry to say this, but it might be a hardware issue, if neither SUS or PCC work that is

Download Sony Update Service and install it on your computer and then just perform a software repair by following the simple steps. ( Windows OS required).

already update but still the same problems I do not activate the top bar and is now slower than before plz help me

it is getting  not updated as well

its on 4.1.2 and says it is updated not only on phone but on pc companion  while other sp's users have got their cell updated

when I arrived I had android 4.1 but I could upgrade to 4.3
