Help to identify a part please

Can anyone tell me what the white plastic part is above the SIM and Micro SD slot (pic below may help)? Could this be causing the SIM/UIM removed. Restarting error!?

That's a label with information about the phone (IMEI, serial etc.) that you can slide out (see page 111 here: http://www-support-downloads.sonymobile.com/lt30/userguide_EN_LT30p_4_Android4.3.pdf).

The label does not affect the SIM-card. Try removing and reinserting the SIM-card and see if that helps. If not i recommend that you try another SIM-card.
