HELP: problem when sent sms by group

i did create few group in contact list

but i found that everytime i sms by add the group it will less one person

let's say the group has 15 person then it will only sms to 14 peoples

if i send to 3 groups the it will less three persons

anyone facing such problem and any solution please?

The maximum number of people that you can send a group sms to is set by the carrier. Please speak with your current network provider to confirm the size of the limit (though it appears to be 14 in your case).

no it's not my case
coz even i only set the group as 3 person it'll send to two persons

impossible the max number of people is 2 person right??!!
