HELP PLZ !

so i just got this phone 4 days ago and theres already a problem , connect to the computer to fix it but nothing , connects to a charger goes to the settings and it says 'not charging' i dont know what to do plz help

Make sure you charge it at a wall socket for at least 2 hours,repair with SUS:
