help phone misbehaving

Hi had my Sony sp less than a yr been back for repair twice. Keeps turning itself off the screen freezes and goes dark it lags so bad sometimes. It misbehaves and does things without me touching it! Last time it went fir repair couple of week ago all they did was do a software update and the problems started again soon after, any recommendations?

You may also want to check the SIM card or SD card, as they could be causing these issues. I suggest removing the SIM first and try using the handset and see if the issue continues, failing that do the same with the SD card.

You can also boot in to Safemode, this will stop all third party apps from running and will let you know if the issue is related to third party software.
