Help, no voice after answer

Hi. i have LT26i, last update. I have this problem long time ago. After answer there are silence (volume on max!) and other man dont hear me! to fix i must drop call and call back. But sometimes problem reapeat twice. And only after 3-4 times i can talk normaly. What is it can be? Hardware problem? Cos after update OS problem has remain.

Hi, you may want to try the following suggestion before we jump into conclusion that it is a hardware issue.

Software issue can be ruled out since problem still exists after update.

It may be a network reception problem, which is sort of difficult to confirm ....

Anyway, the next time you encounter the same problem, switch to speaker mode, see if you can hear the other party.

Hello once again. The problem repeat. I try to switch speaker mode but theare are no voice too. probably its hardware problem. But how to find it? Its random! ((
