help needed, cant see nothing on my screen

suddenly without any fall (today)

my sony z3 compact screen is like in the pictures, I cant see nothing.

when I start the phone, it shows like 2nd pic, after 10 seconds screen shows as 1st pic, and its useless

I can't see the pictures, could you upload them to box, dropbox, onedrive, drive, etc and post the link or you can wait for them to be approved by a moderator. 

If you connect the phone, are you able to access the files? 

if you call your phone, does it go through?

Im able to use the phone, atm im using it with webwhatsapp and receiving calls, but answering without knowing who is calling

I'm sorry to say that but that's a hardware issue, you will have to contact your Local support

By looking at the pictures, it seems that there was stress/hit or something on the right side of the phone, hence the dark mark.
