Hello,i have some issues for my xperia m4 aqua,the audio jack is not working **bleep** well..same as my main speaker..example,if i calling someone,on my screen always show "audio input" even i have no use the earphone..may i know how can i fix this issues.should i send my phone to Sony Center to reinstall frimware ?
Can I just take a free service from the Sony Company because this problem occurs due to damage to software?If yes,please let me know that Sony Company give me service fee for this problem because this will be my evidence to send my phone nearby Sony Center, thank you very much..
