Main buttons not working!!

"NOT WORKING" left soft key,answer button,end/standby button,delete/C button,Pop-up/menu button....

WORKING buttons arrow keys and select/play key,numbers 0-9,#,*...

help me!!

Try running the SE Update service on your phone and see whether this restores functionality.

its me pitty...sorry i forgot my password..

i've try to update my phone...but the proccess needs to hold/press the button C/delete..

but my C/delete button...is included in not working/malfunction button...

what should i do??

Pitty, I have the same problem as you. Though I may have a solution(if you havent thrashed your phone), i am working on it now. All buttons on my phone are not working except the keypad.

I'm having the same problem - this has to be the worst phone I've ever owned. It still randomly cuts out as well, but right now I can't even get it to start...Ben, did you have any luck with the fix you thought you might have?
