HELP My C5 ultra doesn't work with car Bluetooth

I just bought the C5 ultra and I love it. The problem is that phone pairs with my 2015 Honda Civic but the phone does not connect. My old Galaxy note worked any help is appreciated

you might want to check with Honda, but what if you unpair the old phone and pair the new phone?
