A bit hard to understand your inquiry, could you elaborate? Can you not turn on your device? Is the power button not working? Have you tried to remove the battery then insert it again?

I can't turn on my device. Power button is working. Yes, I tried to remove a battery but it's not working.

What happens when you hold down the power button? Do you feel any vibration or similar? Is the screen black?

I suggest that you perform a software repair on your unit via Update Service:

Download and install SUS to your PC, follow the instructions that appear.
