there's only one phone that can do that, Samsung Galaxy SI, and this has been requested by users since the xperia X10 days, so I hardly doubt they will add it, I wonder if it has to do with royalties, I mean samsung pays $20-$30 USD per phone they sell to microsoft, I wonder if that's part of that fee
