Hello Everyone, can anyone here help me with my problem in my phone?

I'm having trouble in making calls. Everytime I try to dial a number and press call, it will turn into white then return to home page.

and another thing, it always hang everytime I'm playing.
what can i do?

Check if you have certain apps installed such as: Battery saver-app, Task manager, Task killer-app, Anti-Virus-app or other call app.

Uninstall those apps and see if the problem is solved
