help me software update

I am buying xperia E few day ago..my software virsion is 11.3.A.0.59 I want update my software.but I haven't computer or laptop.and one things plz tell me what is new function of new update.

turn on the wifi > then on your phone > settings > about phone > software update, if its an small update it should allow you to download and install it, if not you will need a mac or pc

It'll be easier just to borrow a PC > install SUS or PCC and then update your phone
