HELP! Internal storage critical

I need to know how to clear the dialer storage in my xperia arc. I have had the phone for a year and now the dialer storage is using 105MB of my 332MB internal storage. This has forced me to delete almost every app I have. I only have about 6 apps left and have moved them to my SD card. I am not even able to update any of the 6 apps I have because there isn't enough internal storage to update. What can I do??

you could disable the dialer app and install another phone app from the play store. you could root your phone > partition the SD card and use it as extra internal storage.
