The model No is LT26i .
Which sold to me as having 32GB of internal storage .There still plenty of phones on ebay with this model No saying they
have 32GB Internal storage. This has 26GB . The box it came in says XPERIA S.
What phone have I bought please ?
You have requested the L and got the S if I get it right.LT26 is the Xperia S.
LT26i is an Xperia S as I have one myself - Now you have 32GB however computers after converting to GiB will only see or read that as 29.8GB then take away an amout used for the operating system usualy around 2 to 3Gb then what's left and as you stated is correct
It's like buying a 1TB hard drive but your Pc will only see that 1TB hard drive as 931GB
So he did not order Xperia L?Because he is in L section, that is why I wondered.
No it's an XS
Just to add
A simply mathematical way of converting GB to GiB due to binary is to divide the amount by 1073 then multiply by 1000
I know it is S Thommo, just wondering why he wanted to identify the phone and started it in L section.I thought he ordered L and received a S or something like that.
For the memory,simply divide 32*10^9 / 1024^3.
I appreciate your comments BUT I have 1.97 GB Device Memory Total. Isnt This were the Operating system is ?
I have 25.8GB INTERNAL Sepate storage TOTAL
So in which part of the other phones forum I should I post? I dont see anything relating to LT26i?
ThanX
you get about 2GB more or less for apps + 26GB more or less for pictures, videos or music, the rest is OS
I have an Xperia S (among other Xperias)

I wouldnt have to ask these questions if there was a forum relative to the phone I have LT26i
How many versions / variations are there ?
For an International Company like this is PANTS POOR
SONY SONY SONY a cry of disbelieve
I don't understand your last comment
You have the Xperia S, even if you had the SL its the same phone, same hardware just with the CPU clocked slighter faster. so again, read the info above.
